How is a per minute plan different from a flat rate plan?

With a per minute plan, your participants would dial a toll-free number and you (account holder) would be solely responsible for all charges. With a flat rate, participants will dial a long distance number (404 area code) and they would be responsible for the long distance portion of the conference call.

What plan would work best for my needs?

If your company is making more than 1,000 minutes in conference calling per month (e.g., 5 participants x 10 conference calls x 30 minutes each), a Flat Rate plan might be a more cost efficient solution for your needs, assuming you have a low cost long distance provider.
